This valuable toolkit can be used to plan your workouts, record exercise settings, and facilitate your workouts by providing visual and auditory cues through every repetition in every set.
Use pre-loaded workout plans by Drew Baye (www.baye.com) and Body by Science (www.bodybyscience.net) by Doug McGuff & John Little, or create your own fully-customized high-intensity strength-training workout plans.
Reduce or eliminate unproductive time in the gym with quick references to your equipment settings and weight selections.
Visual and auditory cues help you adhere to your desired repetition speed. Customize repetition speed for individual exercises and equipment.
Performance measured by recording time under load (TUL).
View workout history or send a CSV file of your workout to yourself, your trainer, or your BFF.
